Minimum stay in high season: 7 nights (June 17 to August 26). Located in Peñíscola just 50 meters from the beach, this 42 m² studio accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the living area, heating in the lounge and bathroom, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, TV, washing machine, and capsule coffee maker. Olive oil is provided, and you'll have step-free access, a barrier-free interior, and an elevator at the entrance. Step out onto your private balcony, which can be fully opened to connect with the living room, offering sea and mountain views. The complex features a shared outdoor pool and children's pool, open from 12 June to 13 September, with the following schedule: 12 June to 28 June and 1 September to 13 September from 10:30 to 19:30, and 29 June to 31 August from 10:00 to 20:30. Animation activities are available from 29 June to 28 August. The complex also has a communal garden and outdoor shower for your relaxation. You're also right next to the tourist office for exploring the region. For your convenience, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and several restaurants are nearby to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine. A communal parking space is available on the premises, with more spaces on the street. The studio is close to public transport and the beach. Shared areas include a ping-pong table, children's toys, and books. Tennis, paddle, and futsal courts are located by the pools. Events are not permitted on the property. There are few parking spaces inside the complex. In the surrounding area, you'll find blue zones for parking.
